What is the return policy?

Return & Exchange Policy

At Grey Tusk, we are committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards.

• Customers must notify us of any return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving the order.

• To initiate a return, please provide your order number along with a clear explanation of the issue and supporting photographs, if applicable.

• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, stains, or misuse.

• A shipping and handling fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount for approved returns.

• Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed.

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method or bank account within 10–15 business days after the return has been approved.

• Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return unless received in a defective condition.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
